  • Nendaz is situated about halfway between Zermatt and Chamonix in France, making it easy to get to for most people. Flying to Geneva is the best option for most, which is 165km from the resort. There is a nearer airport at Sion, just 15km away from Nendaz, but the flight options are limited to say the least so Geneva is usually the way to go. Other airport options are Zurich which is 285km away, and Basel at 260km away.

  • If coming by car you’ll need the A9 motorway to Sion exiting at Sion-Ouest towards Nendaz. From the motorway it’s about 15mins to Nendaz. Don’t forget you’ll need the motorway tax sticker to drive on the Swiss motorways which is slightly different from the toll-road system in France. You can find more information on that here.

  • If coming by Train Sion will be your destination station which is served by most major Swiss and European cities. From here a taxi or transfer service to Nendaz will take about 15 mins.
